Welcome, I’m Valencia Loi! I currently hold a BSBA in Business Analytics and have hands-on experience turning complex data into clear, data driven recommendations. I will be obtaining my Masters of Business Analytics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and expected to graduate in May 2027. My background includes analyzing customer survey datasets for Beats by Dr. Dre, building predictive modes in R, designing SQL databases, and developing executive ready dashboards for decision makers. At Apple, I contributed to ~$1M in revenue while mentoring team members and delivering top tier customer experiences.
